about Sarah…

Is your child struggling with big emotions they can't express? Have you noticed changes in their behavior after a difficult experience, leaving you wondering how to help them heal? Many children between ages 3-12 face challenges processing trauma, managing overwhelming feelings, or developing confidence in themselves. You may see tantrums, withdrawal, or acting out that leaves your family feeling stuck and disconnected. These behaviors often stem from your child's need to make sense of their world and experiences in a way that feels safe and understood.

Through Child Centered Play Therapy and creative arts, I create a joyful, healing space where your child can naturally express themselves. Together, we'll work on emotional regulation, building self-esteem, and processing experiences through play. I use neuroscience and attachment theory to help you understand the "why" behind behaviors.

I hold a certificate in play therapy and am working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist, with extensive trauma training. I offer in-person sessions for children and virtual meetings for parents on weekdays and evenings. Ready to create hope and healing for your family? Reach out today for an appointment!
