Payment & Insurance

Insurance:

SOME OF OUR THERAPISTS are out of network providers, some accept Medicare, SC Medicaid, Molina, United Healthcare, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurances for services approved by your insurance company. Please call out office to verify how the therapist of your choice bills.

Fees incurred when accessing insurance benefits vary greatly and are dependent on fees dictated by the specific policy. Contact your insurance provider and request information on your outpatient mental health benefits and be sure to inquire as to the benefit for in-network and out-of network (sometimes out of network benefits are nearly as good as in-network and this would allow you to work with any therapist that you choose).

If you wish for your health insurance company to be billed please confirm with our office that the therapist you wish to see is an in-network provider for that insurance prior to booking your first appointment. We will gladly supply you with a super bill for out of network services which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment Information

All payments/co-payments are due on the date of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check or credit/debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hours notice for all cancellations so we can keep a full schedule and maintain consistent appointments with clients. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at the full scheduled session rate. Please note that these charges cannot be billed to your insurance.
